Who the hell cares about male publicists in Washington? The Hill has seen fit to spotlight a smattering of female publicists such as Jessica Hoy, known for bringing ELLE and GQ to Washington, as the top PR consultants in Washington. Word has it her client Lani Hay (a bigwig during last year’s White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner weekend) will again host her Thursday night WHCA dinner with The Creative Coalition and ELLE. The private annual dinner will honor high profile DC female leaders and has quickly become one of the most anticipated events of the weekend full of stars, upscale cuisine and intimate chatter with Hollywood types.
