Time is running out. The Atlantic’s Economy Summit on March 14, 2012 is less than a week away.

They’ve scheduled an array of economic voices to discuss what should be done to fix the US economy and how to respond to the fragility of the global economic system.  Former Fed Chairman Paul Volcker (pictured here) will anchor a forum that will include intellectual opponent and Fed expert Allan Meltzer; former Secretaries of the Treasury Robert Rubin and Lawrence Summers; former FDIC Chair Sheila Bair; 2008 Ron Paul campaign economic advisor Peter Schiff; former national economic advisors to President Clinton and George W.
