The Atlantic Adds 2 to Build Out Science, Tech Coverage and Engagement Efforts
Ross Andersen and Catherine Green join TheAtlantic.com
TheAtlantic.com editor J.J. Gould announced the hiring of two new staffers for the site, Ross Andersen and Catherine Green. Both, coincidentally, will be relocating from California to Washington for their new positions.
Green joins as a senior associate editor and will also serve as the site’s first assignment editor, looking to expand its range of coverage and contributors. She comes to TheAtlantic.com from the Voice of San Diego, where she’s the deputy editor. She’ll apply the “pioneering and amazing things” Gould writes Green has done with audience engagement to her new role across the site’s news, social and engagement efforts.
