Saturday Night Toast for Newly Appointed U.S. Chief Technology Officer Megan Smith

Saturday night at the home of Hilary Rosen, colleagues, friends and family gathered to toast Megan Smith, the recently appointed U.S. Chief Technology Officer and Assistant to the President.
