Atlantic to Host Talk Between Rahm and Grover

This afternoon, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Americans for Tax Reform Prez Grover Norquist will square off in a talk moderated by The Atlantic‘s Steve Clemons at The Watergate. The Atlantic tried to host a talk with Emanuel earlier in the year, but due to major storms in Chicago, the mayor couldn’t fly out and the event was canceled.
