Gannett‘s Bart Jansen went into intensely descriptive detail in explaining President Obama‘s note taking abilities, including his facial positioning in the below Pool Report.
POTUS took notes — one of few in the room who did — with a yellow pencil as Penny Pritzker made her opening presentation. As others spoke, POTUS also nodded slightly and rested his chin on either his right or left hand, depending on who was speaking.
