Post Gets Honored by NABJ

Washington Post staff members won four first-place awards in the annual competition held by the National Association of Black Journalists. A fifth first-place award went to the staff of washingtonpost.com.

The staff of The Post was awarded the prize for newspaper features for the “Being a Black Man” series, which was published last year. The staff of washingtonpost.com received the prize in the new media category for best online news project in connection with its presentation of the series.

Three staff writers won individual awards.
