Politico Reporter Gets Showered With Balloons
The following is a picture of Politico reporter David Catanese’s desk at Politico courtesy of a newsroom spy. The balloons are a response to a blog post bearing the headline “Of balloons and refrigerator magnets” in which he cracks on the DCCC for a radio ad buy for being a “mostly free media hit.”
The card reads: “David, We’re using the refrigerator magnets to display our many local news stories. Enjoy the balloons… Crider, Robby, Jesse, and the DCCC team.”
