Tonight at 5 p.m. MSNBC “Morning Joe” hosts Mika Brzezinksi and Joe Scarborough will be at the Starbucks on the House side of Capitol Hill for a conversation with Politico‘s Jim VandeHei. The event is “at capacity” for the conversation part. There’s even a wait list going.
