Ladies (and Matt), there are only 171 more dress (and tux) shopping days til the White House Correspondents’ Association’s annual dinner…
Arguably DC journos’ biggest event of the year, the 2010 dinner will be held Saturday, May 1st.
The ticket price of the annual dinner has been bumped up $25 to $225 per person. According to the WHCA board, the price hike means more money will go toward college scholarships, which is the reason for the black-tie dinner — from the current $25,000 to $132,000.
