President Barack Obama has two new top aides.

President Barack Obama has two new top aides — naming former Washington Post and Wall Street Journal reporter, Shailagh Murray, as a senior advisor, and Jason Goldman, a Silicon Valley veteran, as the White House’s first-ever chief digital officer.

Murray, who currently serves as Vice President Joe Biden’s deputy chief of staff and communications director, will replace Dan Pfeiffer. And in his new role, Goldman will help expand the White House’s digital outreach, heading their Office of Digital Strategy.
