Politico‘s Jessica Taylor is going to work for NJ to be the House Race Hotline Editor. Should the ever effusive memo from NJ Editor-in-Chief Ron Fournier come, we’ll bring it to you.
Taylor joined Politico in November 2009 as an assistant editor for the publication’s elections page. Before Politico, she was research director at the Almanac of American Politics. She was born and raised in Elizabethton, Tenn. — her bio says she maintains an affinity for sweet tea, real barbecue and Southeastern Conference football.
Politico‘s Shira Toeplitz is organizing Taylor’s goodbye party. The invitation is as follows:
Please join us Monday to say goodbye to Jessica Taylor, who is leaving POLITICO at the end of the month to take a job as House Race Hotline Editor at National Journal. Let’s say goodbye and good luck before she heads across the river for her new gig.
