New Reporters Join Congressional Standing Committee of Correspondents

From the AP (really?!? The AP is covering this stuff?):

Reporters from Congressional Quarterly and Bloomberg News will serve as the newest members of the congressional Standing Committee of Correspondents.

Andrew Taylor of The Associated Press was also unanimously elected as chairman of the panel.

Alan Ota of Congressional Quarterly and Laura Litvan of Bloomberg News will serve two-year terms starting Jan. 18. They join Taylor, Susan Ferrechio of The (Washington) Examiner and Carl Hulse of The New York Times.
