The NBC News deputy Washington bureau chief is moving to California.

meaghan-radyNBC News deputy Washington bureau chief Meaghan Rady is leaving her role and the District of Columbia itself, FishbowlDC has learned. Rady and her family are moving to California, where husband Mark Pesavento will begin his new gig as svp of content for Fox Sports Digital.

The changes for Rady don’t stop there. Pregnant with her second child, Rady goes on maternity leave at the end of July.

Rady has been with NBC News since 2000, when she was a producer and news writer for NBC Nightly News.
