Mathis to Washingtonian, Wescott to Politico
It’s the new in thing to announce job changes on Twitter.
Earlier today Washingtonian Editor Garrett Graff announced the news that Sommer Mathis, formerly of the website formerly known as TBD, is moving over to Washingtonian. In other former TBD news, Jay Wescott, staff photographer, announced his own news that he’s going to work for Politico.
Graff tweeted earlier today: “I’m excited to say @sommermathis will be joining @washingtonian, the 2nd @DCist editor we’ve had lead our site (1st was @candrews).”
