'Massive Snowfall' Puts WPC Dinner on Hold

Snowmageddon 2010 has snuffed out another event.

This note just went out to the foundation board, sponsors and those organizing the purchase of tables.

The statement is from Jim Kuhnhenn, the foundation president and scribe from the AP Washington Bureau.

“Sadly, we have been forced by impending weather to reschedule Wednesday’s Washington Press Club Foundation Congressional Dinner. Many members are still stranded in their home states and the threat of another massive snowfall has made it necessary to hold the dinner on another date.
