HBO’s “Real Time” host Bill Maher is upping his presence on D.C.-based shows. He recently appeared on MSNBC’s “Hardball.” He’s on CNN’s “John King, USA” tonight and multiple evenings throughout the week. He’ll be remote from LA where he lives. As for which other days he’ll appear on the 7 p.m. (ET) program, it’s still being finalized. But tonight’s a sure thing and for the rest of the week we’ll be teased as decisions are reached.

Program note on what Maher will discuss: “Maher with his wit and unique political commentary will give his take on the 2010 campaign. He has created waves in the political world with his release of Delaware Senate Candidate, Christine O’Donnell’s remarks about witchcraft and her reluctance to be a Hare Krishna, because she was Italian and loved meatballs. Tune in for a fun and satirical look at all the political news you need to know.” — John King, USA
