Luck O' the Irish

MSNBC’s Norah O’Donnell was the grand marshal in DC’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade yesterday. The parade went from Seventh to 17th St. down Constitution Ave.

Tomorrow, on St. Patrick’s Day itself, the Irish won’t have another parade but, the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus’ elephant walk will take place on Capitol Hill. Yeas & Nays reports they’ll even have a bagpiper in tow.
