Senator from South Carolina and John McCain‘s BFF, Lindsey Graham, is set to announce his presidential bid on June 1st, according to reports.
The genteel South Carolinian, who fashions himself a hawk on foreign policy and staunch opponent of “kids who smoke dope in their parents’ basement,” is considering launching the campaign from his home of Seneca, S.C — reports FOX News.
Graham will be the 7th Republican to officially throw his hat in the ring, as Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, and Mike Huckabee have already announced their candidacies.
