Limbaugh "Resigns" As Head Of Republican Party, Taps Gen. Powell

On his radio show today, Rush Limbaugh “resigned” as the head of the Republican party, turning the reigns over to Gen. Colin Powell, reports TVNewser.

“I have been anointed to this position by members of the drive-by media, and of course, the Obama White House,” said Limbaugh. “I am resigning as the titular head of the Republican Party.”

Despite challenges, MSNBC’s already covering the “resignation.”
