Lieberman Hate Fest: He's a "pinata" and a "senatorial prostitute"
The media had a field day with Sen. Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.) this week because of his controversial stance on the national health care reform bill.
As reported on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” Sunday, Howard Kurtz showed clips of TV correspondents commentating on so much “hate” for Lieberman. He also elicited metaphors and names for the senator from print guests that included The New Yorker’s Ryan Lizza and The Weekly Standard’s Matthew Continetti.

CNN’s Anderson Cooper: “Is he really the most hated man in Washington tonight?”
MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann: “He has become a senatorial prostitute.”
