So, I wandered into the Senate Press Gallery this morning and a number of folks were talking about a bird. Environmentalists? Hardly. Apparently, a bird somehow got into the gallery on Monday, leading a number of staffers and journalists in a rousing chase game. A Capitol Hill police officer also ended up involved, apparently. Do we need a contingency plan for something like that?
