Jon Stewart Will Headline GW's 2015 Colonials Weekend

Two months after he is set to make his final appearance behind “The Daily Show” desk, Jon Stewart is slated to take part in GW’s 2015 Colonials Weekend, per an announcement from the university on Thursday.
The annual celebration, held between Oct 16-18, will be headlined by Stewart on Oct. 17. Stewart has been somewhat of a regular on GW’s campus, previously headlining Colonials Weekend in 2005 and 2009, as well as cohosting a sold-out mock debate with conservative political commentator and “O’Reilly Factor” host Bill O’Reilly in 2012.
Tickets for the event will be available starting July 7.
