Jim VandeHei Lightens Up
On MSNBC’s Morning Joe yesterday Jim VandeHei joined the show from Politico‘s chamber newsroom. VandeHei apparently left his portable three-point light kit at home for the TV hit because co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough both commented on how bad the lighting was.
The issue was resolved today and VandeHei joined the program again looking much brighter. “You made fun of it so we went out and ordered some new [lights] overnight,” VandeHeeho said. “That’s Politico, baby!”
VandeHei no longer appears to be wearing a “Phantom of the Opera” mask.
