Jill Jackson Named Senior Producer of 'Face the Nation'
CBS News today announced that Jill Jackson, who’s been with the bureau since 2007, is set to join “Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer” as a senior producer.
Jackson served as a Capitol Hill producer in CBS’s Washington bureau before joining “CBS This Morning” in 2013. During the 2010 midterm elections, Jackson shifted to the role of senior political producer, and at the Republican and Democratic national conventions in 2012, she produced for Norah O’Donnell’s coverage.
“Jill is a rising star in the bureau and we couldn’t be happier to have her,” said Schieffer.
