According to a comparison, Capitol Leader does come in slightly below the Roll Call and The Hill. Charter advertising rates place a Cap Leader 1/4 page black and white ad at $2,580, compared to $3,600 for the same in The Hill and $3,370 for Roll Call. But expect that price to jump when Cap Leader gets underway.
