You pretty much knew how Stephen Colbert‘s video interview with Hillary Clinton was going to go when Colbert announced that the pre-filmed segment, which aired last night on The Late Show, took place inside old-school pastrami joint Carnegie Deli.
“I know that former president Bill Clinton, your husband, is a vegan. Is he going to give you any grief on this, any friction for you eating meat?” asks Colbert in his opening salvo.
“No,” replies Clinton.
