…NBC 4’s Jim Handly having brunch at Mansion on O Street Sunday afternoon? Partaking of a buffet boasting a chocolate fountain and a whole poached salmon, our hometown hero was rocking some sensible khakis and chatting with a distinguished-looking gentleman at a table draped in taffeta.  We can’t confirm, but we hear Handly dipped said salmon into said chocolate fountain.
