CNN’s Alex Wellen and wife Kris welcomed to the world late last week Katherine Grace Wellen. The bouncing baby girl weighed in at 6 pounds 13.4 ounces. Alex, a longtime CNN DC’er who recently moved to Atlanta for the role of VP Digital Product Management, is said to be “lovesick” over his new arrival. You may recall that Wellen is also the author of a novel entitled just that — Lovesick.
