Quite fittingly, it’s the story of a man who simply regurgitates everything he’s heard on TV, and in doing so, becomes the star of the Washington political elite.

As part of the Capitol Classics series, The Week’s Margaret Carlson hosted a dinner and a screening of Schieffer’s favorite last night at the Phillips Collection. Carlson introduced Schieffer mentioning his budding music career, which prompted him to recite a few lines of his signature song “TV Anchorman” before introducing the movie.
