If you’re an experienced HR representative, The Washington Post has the perfect opening for you. The paper is looking for a senior recruiter to join its talent acquisition team.

In this role, you’ll help source top talent, while redefining and executing the company’s recruitment strategies and processes. You should have experience working with hiring mangers to fill senior-executive level positions, and be comfortable managing employee referral and on-campus recruitment programs.

To be considered, you’ll need at least five years of experience in the human resources field with an emphasis on recruiting.
