From Crackberry to Crashberry
If your BlackBerry is screwy as of late there may be a good reason for it and users are not pleased, reports an InformationWeek story today.
A second outage several weeks has prompted a “mini-revolt” among users, who filed complaints on the Crackberry blog saying “RIM is losing its focus on customer service.”
