BREAKING: Fired Aide Returns to Rep. Issa's Office
We hear that Kurt Bardella is leaving his job as publicist of The Daily Caller and returning to the office of Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), the lawmaker who fired him in early March.
Issa fired Bardella after he leaked reporters’ emails to NYT reporter Mark Leibovich, who is working on a book about insider Washington political culture. Politico leaned on Issa to look into the matter as editors believed emails belonging to their scribes had been compromised.
