Fox Business Network announced the candidates eligible to participate in its Nov. 10 GOP primary debates. The candidates whose 2.5 percent or more polling average makes them eligible for the 9 p.m. ET debate are: Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich and Rand Paul. Paul makes it in with an average that is exactly 2.5 percent.
