FBDC Tweeterboard: Washington Anchors
Yesterday we took a look at the social standing of the DC publications, now it’s time to turn our attention to those network anchors who call our fair city home. FishbowlDC took a look at the Twitter followers of some of DC’s biggest television personalities, and here’s what we found:
The takeaway: David Gregory is by far the biggest DC anchor on Twitter. He has more than twice as many followers as Wolf Blitzer, who is on-air five times a week, and almost as many as George Stephanopoulos who hosts the #1 morning show as well as a Sunday show.
