It's an online guide to restaurants nationwide that serve organic/grass-fed meats and local produce. Reporters forced to eat quick junk-filled meals on the road could find it useful. The site calls the cuisine "beautiful, clean, luscious, lusty food." "I think it's something other roving reporters would find useful, as opting for these restaurants (as opposed to ordering late-night pizza) helped me control my weight and stay healthy and focused while on the road," Hickman wrote to FishbowlDC. * Hickman explains South Beach's "fanny parade": "Gotta see it to believe it," she says.
