CNN has a deal in place with the Federal Aviation Administration that will allow the network to begin testing journalistic drones.

The network announced on its website this afternoon that it has entered into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRDA) with the FAA to employ UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) for news-gathering missions.
