Daily Show Takes Crack at Treatment of WH Pool Reporters
The Daily Show’s Senior Black Correspondent Wyatt Cenac describes the “exquisite dance between reporters and the White House” last night.
In the segment, called “A Room of One’s Own,” the faux reporter is handcuffed in what is meant to depict the Nixon boiler room. The spoof makes fun of V.P. Biden, who recently put a White House Pool Reporter in a closet during a fundraiser at the sprawling Florida home of Alan Ginsburg. The reporter placed in the closet was Orlando Sentinel‘s Scott Powers.
