CQ's Rogin Is On A Bi-Partisan Cast-Signing Mission

CQ‘s Josh Rogin is on a mission. And one man stands in his way: Sen. Jim Bunning (R-KY).

Rogin broke his arm after getting hit by a taxi cab walking across the street near his Adams Morgan apartment. He says police gave him a ticket for “reckless walking” and let the cabbie go free. Crazy!

To bring awareness to the issues of taxi cab violence in DC, Rogin has been on a mission to get all the Senators to sign his cast.
