Conservative Radio Host Smerconish Gets Obama One-on-One
President Obama will sit down with conservative radio host Michael Smerconish at the White House tomorrow, Politico‘s Playbook reports this morning. Smerconish will also broadcast his afternoon show from the White House- the first radio show of this presidency to broadcast live from 1600, Mike Allen notes.
Smerconish said today: “I am proud and excited to be the first radio broadcaster on the watch of this President to be invited into the White House to interview the President of the United States and include telephone calls from my listeners… There are no ground rules.
