Sen. Schumer Finds His Inner Martha Stewart
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) really loves the media. And the media mostly loves him in that they know there isn’t a camera or tape recorder he won’t lunge for.
This morning Schumer, who was apparently channeling Martha Stewart, gave CNN”s “New Day” the granddaddy of compliments. Oh, you think they might have him back on the show sometime soon? A follower remarked, “I would rather the Senator be commenting on how tough the questions were, instead of talking about decor.”
“This is the nicest set I’ve been on in any morning show in all the 30 years I’ve done politics.
