CNN Worldwide’s new President Jeff Zucker sent a warm note out to staff this morning, expressing his excitement for the future of the network. He also said bluntly that he doesn’t have all the answers. This, despite the large volume of reporters who keep bombarding him with questions about it. Notice his signature: all caps.
