CNNer Creates 'Boiling Point' Investigative Doc
In case you’re home this weekend and want to watch CNN, D.C.-based producer and writer Shannon Travis has created an investigative doc on the Tea Party. Sounds like he put a good deal of work into it. He crisscrosses the country, interviewing members of the movement everywhere from California and Delaware, to Alaska and Florida.
The details: “Boiling Point: Inside the Tea Party” is reported by Shannon Travis, a DC-based producer and writer. He has been covering the tea party groups for 18 months, tracking down and researching the candidates, the leadership of the groups, and where the money is coming from to fund them.
