Christiane Amanpour's Feline Gift to Colbert
ABC “This Week” host Christiane Amanpour went on “The Colbert Report” last night and brought host Stephen Colbert a special gift for psychic cat “Christiane Aman-purr.”
“Word reached me in Europe that Amanpurr was on the program, so I brought you a safari suit,”Amanpour said.
The khaki safari jacket is meant for the cat, not Colbert, who wanted to see if he could squeeze himself into it. “Christiane Aman-purr” is a character cat that Colbert uses as a “Middle East Correspondent.”
