Chris Christie wants to close the door on Bridgegate, the 2013 George Washington Bridge lane closure scandal in which Christie friends/officials were indicted but Christie himself was cleared, at least legally. In an interview with guest anchor Shannon Bream on Fox News Sunday yesterday, Christie felt the press owed him an apology:
And you know what happens when the media, Shannon, gets crazy over a story, like they got crazy over Bridgegate and were convicting me the day afterwards of heinous acts.
