CBS Technician in Oval Office for Nixon's Resignation: 40 Years Later

On the 40th anniversary of President Richard Nixon’s resignation, CBS’s Scott Pelley sits down with CBS cameraman George Christian, who at 27 was a technician for the network. Christian goes on to tell his story as one of two CBS crew members allowed in the Oval Office for Nixon’s resignation speech.

“I was more than nervous,” Christian said. “I was scared to death!”
