BuzzFeed Taps Stanton as D.C. Bureau Chief
BuzzFeed is getting bigger… in more ways than one. Politico reports that Roll Call’s John Stanton, who has been described as an “all-American badass,” will be the new Bureau Chief for the recently announced Washington bureau of the website. Stanton, a former bouncer who is covered in tattoos, will launch the bureau on July 9.
“I’m terrible at giving quotes, since I’m used to being on the other side of this,” Stanton told FishbowlDC this morning.
