After Slamming Megyn Kelly, Trump Not Suffering for Lack of Coverage

Misogyny is the subject of the latest call and response between the press and Donald Trump.
It started during the GOP primary debate when, in response to a question from moderator Megyn Kelly calling Trump out on calling “women you don’t like fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals…” he replied, “Only Rosie O’Donnell.”
It was only the opening volley.
Following the debate Trump called Kelly a “bimbo” in a tweet, and then, in an interview Friday with CNN’s Don Lemon, delivered his now infamous line about the Fox host, saying “You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes.
