ABC's Eric Noe Says Yes to Abby Phillip

ABC News Digital Managing Editor Eric Noe announced the hire of Abby Phillip as a digital reporter. Phillip is a Harvard grad who spent three years at Politico cover the money beat as well as being a White House Correspondent. For the past year she has worked for ABC as part of a Fellowship program, making the rounds at “Nightline” and “This Week.”
