YouTube Opens Their On The Rise Program To Public Nominations
Back in October of 2010, YouTube launched their On The Rise program, giving viewers the opportunity to vote for the top emerging YouTube channels. Until now, YouTube identified four nominees each month and the general public was invited to vote for their favorites. This month they’re changing things up a bit, giving fans the opportunity to nominate YouTube partners for the program in 2013.
